For every new project or any expansion project upon acquiring Environmental Clearance from respected committee, every State Pollution Control Board made it compulsory to take the consent to start the construction in the form of Consent to Establish (CTE) or NOC.GGMPL very diligently works for acquiring CTE/NOC and reduces the complexity of the process in a skimping manner and make it much simpler for Industrial partners to implement their business plans on ground level.

Service Details:

To make the Environmental Clearance process and compliance more effective, the Ministry of Environment and Forests in India is undertaking the submission of Post Environment Clearance Monitoring Reports in every six months for a period of 5 years from the grant of EC to check the Compliance status of Industrial and Development Projects. Six Monthly Reports on the status of Compliance of Stipulated Environmental Conditions including results of monitored data in hard copies and mail to Regional Office of MoEF and Zonal Office of CPCB/SPCB.
